Biodegradable Glitter Pigment in the colour Black Excellence. This jet-black pigment has a subtle glitter that’s perfect as an eyeliner, eyeshadow and brow powder. Can also be worn on lips, just dampen your brush or cotton swab before applying.

How to use:
Wear it wet or dry for different effects. To wear as lipstick or liner, simply wet the brush/cotton swab with the Mega Moisture Toner before dipping in the Pigment.
