Highly concentrated, just a drop is needed for bright colours. Made with moisturizing oils and natural minerals. All Liquid Lacquers are talc, paraben, silicone, phthalate and allergen free.
Shown here on eyes, lips and cheeks. Applied lightly on the eye on your right and heavier on the left so you can see difference layering makes.
